CabNearAirport does not operate taxi services, employ drivers or provide transportation.

Any transportation agreement is made directly between the traveller and the selected taxi operator.

Taxi companies listed on CabNearAirport may include information such as:

• Phone number
• WhatsApp contact
• Website
• Services
• Operating areas
• Business description

We aim to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee that every detail remains current at all times.

Taxi operators are responsible for maintaining accurate business information.

When users click Call, WhatsApp or Website, they leave CabNearAirport's platform or communicate directly with the selected operator.

CabNearAirport is not responsible for conversations, bookings, pricing or agreements made between users and taxi companies.

Taxi companies may apply to become listed partners.

Acceptance into the programme is subject to review and approval.

Partner listings may include:

• Area placement
• Company profile page
• Branding
• Contact buttons
• Analytics
• Priority visibility

The available features depend on the selected subscription plan.

CabNearAirport operates a limited partner model.

Each area may contain a maximum number of listed operators.

Availability is subject to existing active subscriptions.

We reserve the right to determine area capacity and listing eligibility.

Partner subscriptions are billed according to the selected monthly or annual plan.

All prices are displayed before checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees relate to directory visibility and digital listing services.

Payment processing may be handled by authorised third-party payment providers.

Monthly plans renew monthly unless cancelled.

Annual plans remain active for the agreed subscription period.

Cancellation and renewal terms are displayed during purchase and inside the partner account where applicable.

You agree not to:

• Submit false business information
• Impersonate another business
• Upload unlawful content
• Attempt to damage the website
• Abuse automated systems
• Interfere with platform security
• Use the directory for fraudulent activity

Violation may result in suspension or removal.

All website content including branding, layout, design and platform technology belongs to CabNearAirport or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Taxi company logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

CabNearAirport provides directory information for discovery purposes.

We do not guarantee:

• Taxi availability
• Driver availability
• Pricing
• Journey completion
• Service quality
• Response times

Users should confirm all booking details directly with the selected taxi operator.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CabNearAirport shall not be liable for losses arising from agreements or services provided by independent taxi operators.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

We may suspend or remove listings where businesses:

• Provide misleading information
• Breach these terms
• Fail payment obligations
• Abuse the platform
• Create security risks

Where practical, we may provide notice before suspension.

CabNearAirport may improve, modify or update website features as the platform evolves.

We may update these Terms when necessary.

Continued use of the website after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
